                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                   SEWER EASEMENT FROM PAUL E. WILLIAMS AND
                   SHARON M. WILLIAMS, RELATIVE TO CONTRACT NO.
                   76, DAYTONA HEIGHTS COLLECTION SYSTEM, TRACT
                   NO. 104, FOR A TOTAL CONSIDERATION OF ONE
                   HUNDRED FIFTY AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($150.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a sewer easement from Paul E. Williams and Sharon M.
       Williams, relative to Contract No. 76, Daytona Heights Collection 

       System, Tract No. 104, for a total consideration of $150.00.
